Managing Contractor & Employee Compliance
Compliance consists of defining a set of requirements that employees and contractors must meet in order to perform their duties or gain access to the workplace. Requirements contain compliant dates, expiry dates and even the actual scanned copy of the document, license or certificate. Keeping track of all these can become a nightmare on its own.
The HR Manage software solves challenge this in two ways.
Firstly, HR Manage allows companies to define various sets of requirements and these requirements automatically become applicable to people as they move around in the company based on where they work and what their role is.
Secondly, all the compliance information is stored in HR Manage and managers can at any moment monitor if everyone is compliant or if a requirement is about to expire, giving enough time to take action for renewal. This can be managed directly via the system or indirectly via workflows and can even form part of the onboarding workflow process.
